Our Vision:
We receive new parishioners in the spirit of Christ who said, "I was a stranger and you welcomed me" (Matt. 25:35). We welcome all newcomers to be part of our parish community.
Our Mission:
Tiberias Ministry is formed to support newcomers to overcome the hurdles in Canada. They could expect support for settled down socially and professionally. The Ministry has two teams of volunteer parishioneers working in the east and the west.
We also extends information about the parish ministries and presents them with the parish registration form. Through a mentor program, we offer the new parishioners the opportunity of having someone that would help make the transition into the parish a welcoming and friendly experience; following up with the new parishioner's needs, reaffirming the sense of belonging to our parish community, helping our parish family grow.
Tiberias ministry is looking for current parishioners to volunteer to assist by being a "New Parishioner Mentor". We also encourage you to donate any of your unwanted personal items (in good condition) towards Tiberias ministry.
